A Summer Place Consignments provides a great way to sell your gently used furnishings and home decor in these ever changing times. With great service & prices, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

•  We offer pick-up service or you may bring the items in yourself; by the truckload or just a box of cast offs  and unique items you no longer wish to keep.  Perhaps you're emptying an estate, storage unit, assisted living facility, or rental properties. Nice for hotel/motel owners. 
  Also, a great place to buy everything! Bedroom suites, dining and living rooms, patio, and more. Never mind the antiques, art glass, pottery, crystal, porcelain & art that always wanders in.

• We consign your items on a 60/40 split for 90 days. After 30 days, items are then reduced 25% monthly. There is a 25% FEE for EACH ITEM picked up before end of contract (no exceptions). Checks are mailed out the first week of every month as your items sell.
